The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading human resource practices that support agency performance, department goals and a world class employee culture.
As a leadership position the Human Resource Manager works with Directors and Executives to develop and implement initiatives that support our 200+ employees. This position supervises the Human Resources Department and is accountable to the Vice President of Operations.Qualifications:
The Human Resources Manager shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with three years of relevant experience in employee relations and human resources management. Previous supervision/management experience preferred.Schedule:
This is an office based position. Hours are generally Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with occasional community events. Compensation:
